Got a ticket for Stan Walker's postponed Christchurch show? Stan's got something to tell you!
Brent Eccles Entertainment wishes to advise all ticket holders for the postponed Stan Walker concert, originally scheduled for February 28th at the Christchurch Town Hall, are now able to exchange their tickets for the ticket to the Timaru concert on Saturday March 5th.
To arrange an exchange of tickets Christchurch ticket holders must present their I.D. at their local Ticketek outlet or email online@ticketek.co.nz before 2pm on Saturday March 5th.
For all ticket holders still wishing to see Stan play in Christchurch, please continue to hold on to your ticket, a new date for this date for this show will be announced as soon as possible.
A full refund for tickets purchased for the Christchurch Town Hall show is now available from your point of purchase as well. If you booked online or over the phone refund enquiries should be sent to online@ticketek.co.nz.
You will not require a copy of your ticket to organise the exchange or refund but will require one form of ID. Ticketek require identification to legitimately track your ticketing information.
