I think people preferred to buy his album then download it? I know with Susan boyle it was people buying her album not downloading it..that age group the 30+ prefer to buy a physical copy then a downloadable one

I think people were really wanting to support Stan.
I know I bought a lot of copies. Good strategy to release it in time for Christmas.
For instance, I rarely buy music, but this time I went all the way. The only time I ever buy is when I am super impressed with the artist and want to support them.
I found his album was available for download through a website for free, which really surprised me actually because this particular site usually has O.S artists and not a lot of aussie artists on it.
Either way, I am glad people have supported him by purchasing the album and the single.

yes me too Linda, the piracy of music is big especially in NZ ..they have the biggest piracy of music/videos etc..per population lol..that was a few years back..

Banditfm Charts

There is someting wrong with bandit.fm Album chart at the moment - they have Robbie Williams listed twice, which cannot be correct, and Stan in not thre at all - I think one of the Robbie Williams entries is meant to be Stan.

Plus, for some reason I cannot see past the first page of songs - so I can't see Stan's other songs on the bandit.fm songs chart. Very not happy!!

Robbie has two different greatest hits on sale atm... he is huge! It must be like volume1 and volume 2.

About the singles got the same problem. Maybe they updating, mantainance or temporarly unvalable??

Hmmmmmmm - that is curious - cos I don't believe Stan went from being about number 2 on the Album chart to not being there at all! LOL And the artwork is the same on both of Robbie's Albums, which is the other reason I thought it was a mistake.

I don't want to see Stan fall off that chart, :( so I'm sticking with my theory - LOLOLOL.

Hey Robyn, i just went onto the website Stan is there No #4 for artist,
No #1 for BB under songs, but have the same problem can't see past page 1, can't find him in the album....

Actually, I think it is totally up the creek - cos on the Songs chart, there is a Black Eyed Peas song listed 4 times. Also, on the Albums, not only has Stan disappeared, so has Susan Boyle from what I can see.

Who knows - it is all beyond me!
