The Jump Off U18 Music Festival has a strict NO drug, NO smoking, NO alcohol policy.
If you are caught with any of the following, they will be confiscated and not returned, with a chance of eviction. If eviction occurs, there will be no ticket refund. Management reserves the right to notify the police.

Age
The Jump Off is a strictly under 18 event. Patrons are recommended to bring some form of ID (Library card, concession card, keypass etc). Anyone suspected of being overage will be asked for ID at the door. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

TICKET REFUNDS
There are NO TICKET REFUNDS


COURTESY
We ask that you enter and leave the venue peacefully and quietly, respecting other patrons’ rights together with those people living in neighbouring residential buildings. Please do not litter.

BAG CHECKS
Bag checks will apply to each person who wishes to bring a bag or purse inside the venue. Any items that are a risk to patrons, staff or the venue will be confiscated. Any bags larger than an A4 size will be required to be left in the cloak room.

No: Lighters, Matches or anything that can produce a naked flame.

No permanent markers, recorders, lasers, flares, knives or weapons, umbrellas, flags/banners, glow sticks.



DRESS CODE
Dress to Impress. No Hats or Beanies allowed. No thongs. No studded clothing (including belts).

CLOAK ROOM
A cloak room will be available at Festival Hall. The cost is $2 per item. The cloak room is located at the front of Festival Hall.
